WORLD EXCLUSIVES! Only by BHANGEELAAR!
Legal evidence of how the 'elected mayor' thing has been being IMPOSED by the Labour Party itself!
Even by the admissions of the negligent “Returning Officer” “Dr” Kevan Collins, almost 40,000 voters VOTED NO to an elected mayor. That shows that HAD the voters been informed DURING THE PROPGAGANDA FOR A REFERENDUM VERDICT on all the key facts about the drastic change to the Constitution of Tower Hamlets Council, many more voters would have voted against the system than the almost 40,000 that DID vote NO on 6 May 2010.
So what is the reason for the crucial alack of information that voters should have been provided with?
To start with, the “Returning Officer” and his bureaucracy at the corruptly-leased [from private operators] Mulberry Place, Clove Crescent London E14 2BG operating the undemocratic agenda of those who wanted to see an executive mayor foisted upon the community were adamant to abuse the ‘powers’ that they had as ‘administrators’.
The BHANGEELAAR! Campaign being part of the key democratic movement of the past half century in Tower Hamlets.
The fact that we had found their behaviour to be contrary to their constitutional, democratic and legal duties was repeatedly made known to Abbas Uddin “Helal” both before 10 May 2010 when he informed us of having been elected leader of the Labour Party group of cou7ncillors ion Tower Hamlets Council and since that date..
At the personal level with the BHANGHEELAAR! Campaign organiser, Abbas Uddin “Helal” has been courteous.
Who or what THEN has been holding him back from being fully frank and transparent with us on the very serious concerns for democracy that the BHANGEELAAR! Campaign has brought to his attention without the “Returning Officer” or Isabella Freeman [a most upsetting interruption against universally objectively defined democratic say by the ordinary people in the community in Tower Hamlets. More about Isabella Freeman's role, here in due course] doing their duties in context.
We begin to take the lid off NEXT about the ‘powers’ behind Abbas Uddin ‘Helal’ in his position as ‘leader’ of the Council and in the de facto ‘run up’ to his becoming leader of the Labour Party Councillors’ Group on Tower Hamlets Council on 10 May 2010.
