In your ‘ceremonial’ ‘presentation’ speech delivered at the Troxy venue on 14 September 2010, you used a phrase that was striking. You said words amounting to ‘the man that I am today’.
1. What were you referring to in that personification?
2. You did not say anything about anyone else other than your family and friends. Why was that?
- There were almost a thousand people present at the Troxy venue on that occasion. Yet you mentioned only those who were also on the stage like you. And they did not say anything that showed any link with the people in the ‘audience’. What did that say about the man that you had become?
