The BHANGEELAAR! Campaign is all about universality. Universal objectivity and universal accountability. Universal constitutionality.
These are not concepts or terms that will feature in the communications that would take place in any cabal sitting.
Any group of persons is a cabal if it is devoid of universally applicable principles that are summarised above. And they did not do so at the latest known sitting of Harriet-Harmed [Oops! ‘Harman’] ‘Labour Party’ ‘NEC’ dated 21 September 2010. This is our summary of the diagnosis of the mess that the Labour Party central bureaucracy is and typifies:
The antics of the numerical and strategic majority of the dominant numbers confirm that the ‘Labour Party’ is a cabal! As far as it’s ‘ruling’ ‘central executive’ personnel and their activities show. The rubber-stamping that the cabal gave to the whims and the orders of the physically absent but all-powerful force that did do the dictating for the cabal to come to its particular ‘decision’ [21 September 2010 re Tower Hamlets] proves once again that the cabal being used to be the official face of the UK Labour Party makes the Labour Party a tool for anti-democratic, anti-constitutional and undemocratic interests. This makes the Labour Party at once irrelevant and a serious persistent hindrance and an obstruction to democratic representation in the UK…
Having said the above, the BHANGEELAAR! Campaign must put on the record two points of principle and policy before moving to the next part of this diagnosis.
First that we are OPPOSED to there being an executive mayor in Tower Hamlets.
Secondly that as far as the evidence exists the behaviour of the ‘Returning Officer’ and the actual bureaucracy in Tower Hamlets Council in this regard has been negligent, contrary to the requirements of universal rules and principles of transparency without compliance with which a democratic mandate cannot be obtained and that the behaviour of “Dr” Kevan Collins, the Tower Hamlets Town clerk who is ex officio the “Retuning Officer” for elections held in “Tower Hamlets” has been a central contributory factor in the creation of the falsehood that the “voters” [freely and consciously] exercised their franchise at the “referendum” [dated 06 May 2010] and “favoured” a change to the constitution of the Council to bring in an executive mayor to be in charge.
We are saying on the facts that the voters in context did not even have the scope to exercise their franchise freely at all. Most of those who are claimed to have “exercised their franchise freely” did so by default and in a state of organised confusion. We have been demanding that the so-called referendum campaign had been conducted improperly and that the improprieties included the fact that the “voters” were not informed correctly or at all about the key matter they were supposed to vote on at the “referendum”.
The falsehood and the fabrication of the “referendum” was facilitated by the active collusion of a number of key employees in the Council who made matters even more undemocratic by then colluding de facto with a number of councillors who together created a ‘number of administrative options and time tables’ that craftily left out the only matter that matters: whether the ‘mechanism’ they were promoting or recommending for ‘formal committee rubber stamping’ was the right one for the voter to be able to determine what they were being asked to vote on and with what implications for democracy, accountability in consequence.
For this reason we have called the “referendum” invalid and shall continue to argue and show the reasons for scrapping the ‘result’ as dated 06 May 2010
